Our mother company Milligan International Limited is a professional firm of valuers, estate agents and land development consultants. It was incorporated in the year 2000 by M/s. M. Afzal Bhatti and Abdul O. Ramadhan as its initial directors. It has since established itself in the valuation field with its well-researched and quality valuation reports with a keen emphasis on their timely production to the satisfaction of clients.
To expand on its already existing expertise, add vibrancy and widen its scope of experience in all aspects of real estate, the Company underwent major restructuring that led to employment of a host of professional valuers and partnering with experienced engineering consultants. They have brought to the Company a wealth of experience that will in no doubt help it develop for itself a substantial niche in the property market.
In view of changing market needs, it is said, “Specific is terrific” and the confusion that has been arising amongst some of our clients as to what we exactly do, we decided to form a subsidiary company known as Milligan Valuers Limited which became fully registered in July 2012 to specifically handle valuation and Estate Management related assignments within the Kenyan Jurisdiction.
